Well it's official.
This fall we will be moving to Charlottesville, Virginia where Bret will be getting his PhD in Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
I think the Lord is making this decision as easy as possible for us. There is no doubt that He has led, guided and opened doors all along the way. He has intervened at the right times and the right ways over the past year to bring to this to pass. This is an incredible opportunity for Bret and our family. The University will be paying for Bret's tuition, books, health insurance and giving us a yearly living stipend.
So this summer (a few short weeks really) we will be moving to Utah to spend it with family before we head out east for three to four years.
We're excited. We're busy. We're happy. We're blessed. We're grateful.

I want to be the first blogger to officially congratulate you guys. I'm sure six months ago you would have never dreamed this would be in your future. The Lord works in mysterious ways and your experience has reminded me about how important HIS plan is for all of us. May god bless your new path and this transition can be smooth for you and your family. atleast your not pregnant this time right? :)
Happy Happy for you, it will be so great. Sad for us! My girls were all sad when I told them and Ashley asked, "When are they coming back?"

That's so exciting! Charlottesville is one of our favorite places...it is so beautiful!!! I'm sure you will have an amazing experience there. Do you know the Quinn family? Ryan is on the business school faculty there and they are a great family that i could give contact info to you if you are interested; otherwise i am sure you will meet them when you get there... good luck with everything! ps. your fam is so cute
