...there are mounds and mounds of laundry to do.
...you go to a friends farm to feed baby goats.
...no alarm clocks!! My personal favorite of all. The girls didn't wake up before 9:00 a.m. all week. 6:00 tomorrow morning is going to come as a rude awakening!
...the kids smell like wet dogs every night from playing outside all day long.
...Abby reads the 7th Harry Potter book in 3 1/2 days finishing up the series.
...games, games, and more games. This weeks favorites happened to be Crazy 8 and checkers.
...you make multiple trips to Dairy Queen.
...every room in the house is in serious need of deep cleaning.
...you discover a great lake 30 minutes from your house and spend a warm afternoon in the sand.
McKenna and I swam out to this island...ICE COLD water!
Gavin spent half the time with his swim trunks around his ankles. The other half we finally wised up and took them off.
...have a picnic at the park with friends and end the evening with some good old fashion races. (McKenna beat all the boys!)
...get to go on a mommy/daughter date with McKenna for donuts and new sun glasses.
