Post Edit: apparently the term "dead fish" is too strong. And actually the smell has improved. The blossoms are stinky, I'll leave it at that. :)

We came home to blue sky, warm temperatures, and this blossomy goodness.

Man, Virginia is breathtaking in the spring. Everywhere I look there are blossoms of different colors and variety's. It makes my heart smile.

Here's the surprising thing....it REALLY stinks! Was not expecting that, but really the air smells like a dead fish. Some days are better then others. Have to say however that I'd deal with the smell in order to breathe in this loveliness anytime.
