Moving Help

August 6 was moving day.  We loaded up all our belongings from our beloved little town in Charlottesville and drove north two hours to South Riding Virginia.  It was really nice to do a complete move in just one day.
One of the best parts of the move was my mom came out to help us get settled in our new home.  We  loved having her here.  She was such a huge help!  She helped me organize my kitchen, fixed my kids lunch every day, my kitchen always stayed clean, she folded all my laundry, she left my cupboards well stocked with food, she took us to a movie, she colored with Gavin, played with Grayson, and helped us make our new house feel like home.  It really was so wonderful to have her here with us for a whole week!

The boys were excited to do Beyblade battles with her
Of course there was lots of coloring with Gavin
Abby didn't let a fork slow her down as she enjoyed her fruit tart.  If any dessert screamed Abby's name it could be a fruit tart.  We remembered that the last time she had one was six years ago in Arizona when Grandma bought her one at AJ's.
Thanks for the help Mom!  It was so wonderful and special having you here.  Can't wait till Thanksgiving!
